Ski/Board Repairs
Is your own ski or board equipment slightly damaged?
Feeling a bit slow or sticky and could do with a wax?
A range of services are available that will increase the longevity of your equipment and make your skiing or riding experience a whole lot more enjoyable. Simply call into Snowmonkey for a wax or repair.

How to Order

2. We will contact you to confirm your booking and costs

3. Print Your Reciept & bring with you to your accommodation

Once you are at Hotham

1. Arrive at your accommodation. Get a drink. Settle the kids. Call our staff if they are not there already. .

2. Sign the rental forms and check the details

3. Boot Fit done in your accommodation, if you do find during the day that your boots dont fit then you can go into the Snow Monkey store for assistance.

SKIING OR BOARDING all done

4. CLOTHING & TOBOGGANS
If you require pants, a jacket or helmet, just Make sure you put on your booking form with the sizing we will have ready for you to try..

Returning Equipment:

When returning your gear, Please either leave in the ski room of your accommodation, or Return to the Snow Monkey store in jack frost building. We can have your footwear ready for your trip home.
Please give your rental contract slip to the Hire Attendant to check off against your equipment
